Directs finance, administration, grants and contracts management for a remote nonprofit organization. Oversees bookkeeping and accounting partners, budgeting, financial reporting, expense processes, grant accounting, contracts, compliance, internal controls, policies, vendors, administrative systems, payroll and benefits coordination, and board support. Partners closely with the CEO, staff, external finance and HR providers, and funders to ensure effective organizational operations.
