Drive sales and matchmaking for high-end clients in a fully remote startup. Conduct sales interviews, meet revenue targets, manage client portfolios, provide coaching, match clients, coordinate dates, maintain CRM records, and support recruiting, profile reviews, events, renewals, and upgrades.

Manage a portfolio of high-end matchmaking clients through weekly check-ins, compatibility-based matching, coaching, date coordination, follow-ups, and CRM documentation. Support client upgrades and renewals while assisting with profile reviews, recruiting matches, launch events, and light event planning. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, organization, conflict resolution, technology proficiency, and at least five years of successful matchmaking experience.

Conduct sales interviews, achieve individual and team revenue targets, and manage relationships with high-end matchmaking clients. Communicate through phone, email, and text; handle service escalations; maintain detailed CRM records in Salesforce, Segment, and the app; monitor sales calls; and support launch events, recruiting, coaching, and profile reviews as needed.

Source, engage, and screen potential matchmaking candidates based on client preferences, values, lifestyles, and relationship goals. Partner with matchmakers to create sourcing strategies, conduct outreach through messaging, calls, video calls, and occasional in-person interactions, communicate services, build rapport, track candidate activity in CRM systems, and manage multiple priorities with strong responsiveness and follow-through.
