The role also builds lightweight AI-powered workflow automations, validates AI-generated output, improves processes, and supports cross-functional projects through completion.

Generate and convert inbound leads, achieve sales targets, manage the sales pipeline, conduct high-volume outreach, and build healthcare client relationships. Maintain CRM records and forecasts in Zoho, identify upselling opportunities, and coordinate with marketing, product, support, and implementation teams. Establish relationships with healthcare decision-makers and hand off strategic accounts to account managers.
