Oversee employee relations, investigations, performance management, benefits administration, HR compliance, workforce support, and HR operations for a 350+ employee multi-state organization. Develop scalable SOPs and workflows, maintain HR records and systems, guide managers, mentor HR staff, support employee engagement, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
