Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect management, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, outreach events, and pipeline tracking. Supervise marketing staff, collaborate with community and corporate leadership, present performance reports, maintain compliance, and support exceptional resident and family experiences. The role requires relationship-building, networking, presentation, CRM, digital marketing, and sales leadership skills.

Supports the financial services department through data entry, resident and health center billing, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Provides clerical assistance and helps coordinate daily accounting operations while delivering hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.
