Leads sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community, driving occupancy and revenue growth through prospect management, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, and outreach. Supervises marketing staff, manages Salesforce pipeline data, tracks performance metrics, presents reports, and collaborates with community and corporate leadership. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, communication, sales, and digital marketing skills.

Provides accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while delivering hospitality-focused service in a continuing care retirement community.
