Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting tours, developing referral relationships, overseeing digital and community marketing, hosting events, supervising marketing staff, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and collaborating with community and corporate leadership. Requires strong relationship-building, networking, communication, CRM, sales, and marketing skills.

Performs data entry and clerical accounting support, including resident and health center billing, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation.
