Lead occupancy growth and revenue through sales strategy, prospect relationship management, community tours, referral partnerships, and move-in conversion. Develop local marketing plans, manage digital and print campaigns, host events, supervise marketing staff, track performance in Salesforce, and present sales reports. Partner with community leadership and corporate marketing teams while maintaining regulatory compliance and exceptional service for prospective residents and families.

Provides accounting and clerical support for a continuing care retirement community. Responsibilities include entering resident and health center billing data, preparing deposits, reviewing and entering accounts payable invoices, forwarding invoices for approval, and generating checks. The role also supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and requires strong hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
