Plan community events, supervise marketing staff, prepare reports, maintain regulatory compliance, and collaborate with executive and corporate leadership to improve market positioning and resident satisfaction.

Performs accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination while providing hospitality-focused service to residents, employees, and guests.
