Leads the organization’s cybersecurity program, including security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, GRC, compliance, third-party risk, security architecture, automation, and AI adoption. Manages security staff, vendors, MDR providers, projects, policies, audits, and operational improvements while reporting risks and performance to senior leadership. The role also drives security awareness, cross-functional collaboration, incident preparedness, and team development.

Administers donor-restricted funds throughout their lifecycle, interprets gift agreements and governing documents, ensures compliance with donor intent and regulations, conducts compliance reviews, supports audits and governance initiatives, prepares analyses and reports, and improves fund administration processes, controls, procedures, and documentation. The role collaborates with Finance, Development, Legal, campus partners, and other stakeholders while coordinating strategic initiatives and technology enhancements.

Administers and improves the NetSuite ERP platform, including user access, security, workflows, scripts, dashboards, reports, integrations, testing, and performance optimization. Partners with Finance and Accounting to translate business requirements into system solutions, support process improvements, maintain data integrity, and develop reporting. Provides end-user training, documentation, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and implementation support while applying accounting knowledge and ensuring compliance with security and privacy requirements.
