Supports the hotel Group Sales team by responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, contracts, correspondence, and reports, coordinating contracted group and wedding business, maintaining accurate client records, and communicating event details across hotel departments. Provides account service, conducts walk-in tours, assists with client events and sales activities, follows up on customer needs, and helps ensure groups and meetings are executed successfully.
