Hightouch seeks an Enterprise Account Executive for the Northeast region to build and manage high-value enterprise sales pipelines. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, land-and-expand sales, discovery calls, tailored solution delivery, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The role requires strong enterprise sales experience, excellent communication, customer-centricity, adaptability, and familiarity with martech or data ecosystems. It is remote-first and offers $300,000–$335,000 OTE plus equity.

Own solution design, implementation, and debugging for Hightouch’s Identity Resolution product. Work directly with customer data architectures, configure identity models, write SQL against data warehouses, investigate data discrepancies, explain system behavior, and surface product gaps. Partner with sales engineering, support, technical account management, and executives to deliver customer solutions and advise on data strategy. Use coding agents while reviewing implementation quality and maintaining best practices.

Build and own AI-assisted development infrastructure, including autonomous cloud development environments, MCP integrations, agent documentation, internal tooling, and enablement programs. Improve how engineering teams use AI coding agents across the organization, drive cross-team adoption, and stay current with AI productivity trends. The role requires strong software engineering, developer tooling, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and application development experience.

Creates and ships high-quality, on-brand AI-generated advertising for enterprise clients. Partners with Solutions Engineering and marketing teams to translate brand guidelines into AI workflows, produce imagery, video, and copy, optimize creative through A/B testing and performance analysis, and provide product feedback to engineering and product teams.

Lead technical sales cycles for mid-market customers by conducting discovery, designing architectures, delivering tailored demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept engagements. Build relationships with technical champions and executive stakeholders, navigate complex buying committees, advise customers on data activation and AI workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering on emerging solutions.

Own the technical relationship for enterprise customers, advising on CDP and martech strategies, product adoption, technical best practices, and expansion opportunities. Provide proactive guidance, troubleshoot complex issues, manage customer-facing technical projects, and collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering. Surface customer use cases and product gaps to improve the Hightouch platform and drive retention and renewals.

Leads Hightouch’s machine learning organization, including product development, technical roadmapping, recruiting, reliability, and people management. The role focuses on personalization, product recommendations, probabilistic identity resolution, LLM-powered content generation, and scalable machine learning infrastructure for model training and inference.

Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements from technical discovery and solution architecture through demonstrations, proof-of-concept validation, and deal closure. Partner with Account Executives, build technical champions, navigate complex buying committees, and advise customers on data activation and AI workflows. Collaborate with Product and Engineering on emerging products and go-to-market strategy while supporting enterprise customers across data, marketing, and executive teams.

Own product marketing for CDP, MarTech, data, and AI offerings by defining positioning, leading go-to-market launches and integrated campaigns, improving website messaging, producing case studies and sales enablement, conducting market research, and evangelizing products through events, customer engagements, and webinars.

Drive enterprise sales across the Southeast by building high-value account pipelines, conducting discovery, developing outbound and land-and-expand strategies, delivering tailored solutions, and consistently exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to create strong customer experiences. The role requires enterprise sales expertise, technology knowledge, excellent communication, adaptability, urgency, and customer-centricity. Familiarity with the martech or data ecosystem is preferred.
