Hightouch seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to build and manage high-value enterprise pipelines in Southern California. Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, land-and-expand sales, discovery calls, tailored solution selling, relationship development, quota achievement, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. The role requires strong enterprise sales experience, communication skills, adaptability, and customer focus. Familiarity with the martech or data ecosystem is preferred.

Build and maintain driver-based operating models, manage forecasting and planning cycles, analyze budget variances, support headcount planning, and prepare executive and board reporting. Develop rigorous SaaS metrics, partner with Accounting, RevOps, Data, and business leaders, and conduct ad hoc analyses on pricing, unit economics, scenarios, and resource allocation.

Own the technical relationship for enterprise customers, driving Hightouch adoption, retention, and expansion. Provide proactive technical guidance across CDP and martech strategies, troubleshoot complex issues, advise on best practices, and manage technical escalations. Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering, execute customer-focused technical projects, surface product feedback, and help customers achieve optimal data utilization and future-state outcomes.

Lead enterprise pre-sales engagements by conducting technical discovery, designing architectures, delivering tailored demonstrations, and managing proof-of-concept validations. Build relationships with technical champions and executive stakeholders, navigate complex buying committees, advise customers on AI and data activation workflows, and partner with Product and Engineering on go-to-market strategy. Required expertise includes enterprise solutions engineering, modern data ecosystems, competitive sales motions, and value-selling frameworks.

Design, build, and optimize distributed systems powering large-scale data synchronization. Responsibilities include improving sync speed, developing real-time streaming capabilities, scaling high-volume and low-latency systems, troubleshooting customer scaling challenges, and supporting multi-region, multi-cloud infrastructure and data residency requirements. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, customer collaboration, system architecture, and reliability improvements.

Build polished, intuitive marketing and growth product interfaces end-to-end. Collaborate with customers, designers, product managers, solutions engineers, and ML engineers to understand needs and deliver features. Architect complex frontend systems, develop CRUD applications, and apply strong backend API design and data-modeling skills using React, TypeScript, and Go.

Provide technical customer support and guidance across Intercom, Slack, phone, and email. Help users maximize platform value by understanding API documentation, SaaS tools, data fundamentals, and SQL. Collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations. Conduct customer discovery, communicate solutions, adapt to changing needs, and participate in an on-call rotation for critical support.

Develops product value frameworks, use-case libraries, positioning, narratives, qualification criteria, objection handling, release messaging, product capability boundaries, and field readiness programs. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and field leaders to help sellers communicate, quantify, and prove customer value for technical products.

Own Hightouch’s core marketing product portfolio, including audiences, analytics, experiments, trait building, and orchestration. Set product vision and prioritization, lead 0-to-1 innovation and established product growth, and drive adoption, revenue, and go-to-market outcomes. Partner across Engineering, Design, executives, and customers while translating technical challenges into accessible solutions and rapidly delivering measurable business impact.
