Owns the organization’s ISO and CMMI audit lifecycle, quality management system, compliance readiness, document control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement programs. Coordinates internal and external audits, maintains evidence and controlled records, tracks findings through closure, monitors compliance with ISO standards and CMMI practices, develops quality metrics, and supports employee training. The role works across departments to maintain year-round audit readiness and improve documented processes.

Supports the design, configuration, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise and GCP network infrastructure. Responsibilities include routing, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, load balancing, certificates, segmentation, monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, migrations, deployments, documentation, and change management. The role coordinates with cloud, security, DevSecOps, application, and operations teams to maintain secure, highly available connectivity across environments.
