Oversee middle-office operations across investment management client portfolios, including trade, position, and cash reconciliations; trade-break resolution; corporate actions; NAV review; operational reporting; portfolio accounting accuracy; client and counterparty communications; onboarding; workflow design; and supervision of associates.

Generate new commercial insurance business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and partnerships. Build executive-level client relationships, assess risks, design and present insurance solutions, negotiate coverage and pricing, and support retention. Maintain a qualified pipeline, meet production goals, collaborate on cross-service referrals, and mentor less experienced producers.
