Supports the editorial department by reviewing, proofreading, copyediting, and formatting manuscripts; entering corrections; managing freelancers; editing indexes; proofing ebooks, covers, publicity materials, images, figures, and book data; and coordinating with production teams. The role requires strong attention to detail, project management, communication, independent judgment, and familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of relevant publishing experience are required.
