Responsibilities include client communication, document and data management, drafting immigration forms and supporting letters, coordinating with USCIS, DOL, and DOS, monitoring RFEs and deadlines, maintaining compliance, and following established workflows. The role also requires dashboard-based workload prioritization, procedural learning, collaboration with attorneys, and participation in process improvements.
