Provides onsite and remote IT support across multiple healthcare locations. Responsibilities include network administration, helpdesk troubleshooting, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, user onboarding and offboarding, equipment inventory, system training, vendor coordination, and troubleshooting servers, workstations, phones, printers, medical devices, and network infrastructure. The role also assists the IT Director with technology planning, process improvement, and resolving department technology needs.
