Partners with operations and community leadership on marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, staffing, training, performance management, and client relations. Uses CRM systems, reporting, and data analysis to improve results across levels of care. Travels extensively to support communities, conduct training, attend meetings, and engage owners and boards.
