The Accounting Director oversees onsite accounting and financial operations for a senior living community. The role partners with centralized finance teams and regional leadership to resolve issues, maintain compliance, support forecasting, and provide local financial insight.

Leads regional marketing and sales strategy for senior living communities, driving brand positioning, occupancy, revenue, and move-in goals. Oversees marketing plans, sales execution, budgeting, CRM reporting, staff training, recruiting, performance management, and client relationships. Partners with community and corporate leaders to improve market presence and achieve profitable results across independent living, assisted living, health center, and memory care operations. Travel is required 75–100% of the time.
