Build strategic account plans, lead QBRs, manage executive relationships, drive product adoption and value realization, identify upsell opportunities, forecast revenue in Salesforce, and coordinate renewals and expansions with Sales, Legal, Finance, Product, and Technical Project Managers.

Lead multiple SaaS implementations for government customers from kickoff through go-live and adoption. Responsibilities include project planning, discovery, workflow configuration, AI agent tuning, integrations, field mapping, testing, training, documentation, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
