The Senior Business Development Representative will prospect and acquire new clients, expand service offerings, and collaborate with teams to drive sales growth.

As a Business Development Representative, you'll manage accounts, develop customer relationships, and create customized shipping solutions while leveraging industry knowledge and collaborating with teams.

Own day-to-day drayage operations: quoting, appointment confirmation, vessel/rail and inbound container tracking, carrier selection and onboarding, terminal and empty-container management, demurrage/per diem control, document collection, supplier performance reporting, and partnering with Business Development to support growth and customer satisfaction.

As a Carrier Account Representative, you'll build and maintain relationships with carrier partners, focusing on customer service and performance metrics while partaking in continuous learning and mentorship programs.

Owns end-to-end EDI integration implementations, including requirements analysis, mapping, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and post-production support. The role develops data transformations and integrations across enterprise systems, manages trading partner implementations, ensures production readiness, and collaborates with business and product teams. It also serves as an integration subject matter expert, mentors specialists, and supports standardized, high-quality integration practices.

The role involves developing account management experiences, communicating with customers, providing logistic solutions, and managing operations for Open Deck accounts.
