Design and develop high-performance services and APIs, focusing on cloud-based applications using Golang and Python, while ensuring code quality and security.

Own marketing-sourced pipeline across core, healthcare, and meetings products. Design and execute integrated, full-funnel campaigns spanning paid, email, events, ABM, webinars, and content. Coordinate PMM, Brand, Digital, Lifecycle, BDR, Sales, and RevOps teams around revenue goals. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, RevOps, and Finance to own GTM financial planning, forecasting, and performance reporting. Build driver-based models, ROI and customer-economics analyses, and automate reporting and data reconciliation to inform GTM investment, hiring, pricing, and partner strategies. Provide decision support and present insights to executives.

Lead corporate planning, build and own the integrated three-statement model, automate FP&A reporting, own SaaS metrics and executive dashboards, support investor/board reporting, capital strategy, IPO/M&A readiness, and partner cross-functionally to translate financial insights into operating decisions.

Serve as a trusted advisor for strategic customers, lead complex engagements, conduct workshops and technical assessments, guide integrations and change management, collaborate cross-functionally, analyze processes to reduce fraud and improve efficiency, produce thought leadership, and mentor colleagues to maximize customer value from Pindrop's voice-based authentication platform.
