Lead and manage an assigned regional sales team of Business Solutions Managers to meet/exceed quotas. Drive forecasting, pipeline management, route planning, coaching, certification, MSD activity tracking, cross-functional coordination, and policy implementation. Conduct frequent ride-alongs and ~75% travel to support territory performance and staff development.

Support commercial sales and service by assisting customers with product selection and orders, managing billing and deliveries, performing account visits and outreach, handling inventory and returns, monitoring vehicle safety, and leading the commercial department when needed.
