The Lead Designer will create and guide customer-centric marketing communications by leading design initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring designers to enhance user experiences across digital and physical platforms.

Lead development and articulation of payer strategy and narrative. Align clinical, economic, and operational value into compelling messaging, enable go-to-market execution, and drive cross-functional alignment with senior leadership, HEOR, sales, product, and marketing. Guide payer-facing thought leadership and field enablement, support corporate strategy, and ensure consistent payer positioning across assets and portfolio.
