Own the HELOC underwriting product strategy and roadmap from application through closing. Improve time-to-fund, operational efficiency, automation, document processing, valuation coverage, condition clearing, and digital closing experiences. Lead AI and automation initiatives, analyze funnel and operational data, and coordinate engineering, design, credit, operations, compliance, marketing, vendors, and lending partners to deliver compliant product improvements.

Leads lender partnership strategy, develops new financial institution relationships, grows existing accounts, and manages the Lender Success team. Lead complex initiatives, mentor colleagues, document methodologies, and incorporate model governance, fair lending, privacy, and responsible AI considerations while partnering with Credit Risk, Product, Engineering, and Finance.

Analyzes servicing, collections, application funnel, and contact-center data to identify performance gaps and inform business decisions. Builds automated reports, partner data files, Snowflake and dbt models, and operations dashboards. Maintains metric definitions, audits models, reconciles partner data, and develops business-case analyses. Uses AI tools to improve analytics workflows and collaborates with data engineering, product, and business teams.

The Senior Compliance Manager will build and scale a consumer-lending compliance program. Responsibilities include advising product development, partnering with Legal and bank partners, designing automated compliance workflows, creating dashboards and reporting, managing complaints and remediation, tracking issues, and delivering compliance training. The role requires expertise in consumer protection regulations, fintech or financial-services compliance, data-driven risk management, and cross-functional influence.
