Prospect and develop industrial customers, identify automation repair needs, propose technical solutions, present service capabilities, negotiate and close deals, manage territory sales data, attend industry events, and collaborate with internal teams. The representative will primarily serve the Pittsburgh area and travel daily by vehicle, including 15%–30% overnight U.S. travel as needed.

Develops industrial equipment sales across assigned markets, builds customer relationships, provides technical product guidance, prepares proposals, executes sales plans, tracks opportunities in CRM software, attends industry events, and achieves revenue targets. The role requires knowledge of pumps and mechanical seals and familiarity with industrial processes.

Develops customer relationships and provides technical sales support for industrial blowers, vacuum systems, pneumatic conveying equipment, parts, repairs, and upgrades. Prepares quotations, recommends solutions, processes orders, coordinates with sales, service, engineering, manufacturers, and purchasing, and follows projects through completion. Maintains CRM records, supports troubleshooting, identifies sales opportunities, and ensures accurate, responsive customer service.
