Supports Treasury Sales Officers in managing and growing domestic and international client portfolios. Responsibilities include client research, sales pipeline and profitability analysis, pricing support, proposal and pitchbook preparation, KYC onboarding coordination, client implementation, relationship deepening, and revenue tracking. Reviews loan agreements, amendments, waivers, and consents; manages closing issues; coordinates internal and external stakeholders; maintains deal and contract databases; and assesses legal, business, reputation, and operational risks. Requires syndicated lending operations expertise, strong communication, negotiation, organization, critical thinking, and client management skills.

Provides technical fiduciary tax expertise to Private Bank client teams. Reviews and prepares complex federal and state fiduciary income tax returns, researches tax issues, advises on transaction treatment, ensures compliance with tax laws and bank policies, and delivers tax training and technical support to associates and client teams.
