The Senior Relationship Manager leads business development and relationship management for commercial clients, focusing on financial performance, strategic advisory services, and mentorship for junior staff.

Lead development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models, coach and review team deliverables, improve data capture and ETL practices, recommend analytic solutions, and communicate technical findings to non‑technical senior stakeholders.
