Associate General Counsel, Lead Privacy and Product Counsel will advise on privacy, advertising technology, data licensing, SaaS products, digital media, and commercial transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating agreements, managing legal workflows, supporting compliance, training sales and product teams, and providing strategic guidance across the company. The role requires expertise in U.S. privacy laws, commercial contracts, intellectual property, and technology transactions, with HIPAA/HITECH and global privacy experience preferred.

Lead technical accounting and external SEC reporting, drive IPO readiness, draft memos and filings (10-Q, 10-K, S-1), partner cross-functionally, manage external auditors, implement accounting standards and SOX controls, and build a scalable accounting and reporting function.
