Manages all store HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, labor relations, training, certification, performance management, engagement, compliance, grievances, unemployment claims, and retention. Partners with store leaders to maintain staffing, develop employees, administer HR policies, support succession planning, and ensure consistent adherence to company guidelines and labor agreements.
