Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to resolve design-to-code gaps and inform product decisions. Use AI tooling to improve workflows and work independently in an early-stage design organization.

Architect and build a high-performance trading platform for active traders. Develop responsive web interfaces integrating real-time market data, low-latency execution workflows, and advanced trading tools. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on large-scale initiatives, emphasizing scalability, performance, API quality, maintainability, developer experience, and end-user usability.

Own the reliability and quality of an AI copilot for a trading platform. Build evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, quality gates, monitoring, incident response, and model improvement workflows. Develop domain expertise in trading, risk, margin, execution, and portfolio reasoning while operating across model, backend, and frontend systems.

Partner with product and frontend to enable AI-native UX and translate trading domain requirements into resilient platform primitives.

Build a high-performance, low-latency Rust backend and core AI platform for an AI-native trading experience. Implement streaming responses, tool orchestration, caching, secure APIs (auth, rate limits, auditing, tracing), and safe trading action infrastructure (previews, confirmations, idempotency, audit logs). Partner with product and frontend to enable AI-native UX and translate business domain requirements into secure, resilient platform primitives.

Design and build a high-performance, AI-native web trading experience for sophisticated retail traders.
