Serve institutional clients by delivering execution and liquidity solutions across spot and derivatives markets. Drive trading volume, build counterparty relationships, collaborate with Sales/Financing/Product teams, provide market commentary and real-time trade support, and inform product development. Own end-to-end privacy incident management: triage and lead incident response, coordinate cross-functional remediation, maintain on-call readiness, run retrospectives, track remediation and metrics, and improve tooling and automation to reduce manual work.

Lead global paid performance channels (search, social, mobile UA) to drive new user acquisition and ROI. Lead product vision and multi-year roadmap for Coinbases Compliance Automation platform. Manage PMs to deliver AI/ML-powered sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, suspicious activity detection, and risk-based workflows. Partner with Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Data Science to scale automation, reduce manual effort and cost, maintain regulatory compliance, and integrate emerging AI technologies.

Partner with functional leaders to translate business strategy into people strategy. Own org design, performance management, compensation, talent development, engagement, and retention. Provide coaching on career pathing, change management, and sensitive employee issues. Use people data to generate insights and recommendations, build compliant HR policies, manage global employee relations, and collaborate with People Team COEs to deliver cohesive people programs at scale.

Serve as second-in-command for Coinbase Derivatives' Market Regulation Department, leading day-to-day regulatory compliance, managing exams and audits, advising on CFTC Core Principles, reviewing surveillance escalations and enforcement actions, and coordinating cross-functional regulatory workstreams to ensure the DCM meets obligations and resolves findings timely.
