Lead enterprise SaaS implementations for Global 1000 supply‑chain customers. Serve as trusted advisor and project manager, develop roadmaps, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, run trainings and executive reviews, ensure adoption, and drive continuous improvement across implementation programs.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will manage the deployment of FourKites' solutions for global enterprises, ensuring successful integrations and enhancing supply chain visibility. You'll coordinate with IT teams, handle complex projects, and guide clients throughout implementation phases, ultimately improving order and inventory management processes.

Own day-to-day product execution for an Inventory & Orders module: write detailed specs and acceptance criteria, synthesize customer discovery into prioritized backlogs, define integration/data requirements, partner with engineering, solutions, and customer success to ship and roll out features enabling proactive supply chain decision-making.
