Builds and manages the fraud investigation team, establishes classification standards, creates investigation playbooks, designs detection controls with Product and Engineering, reports fraud intelligence and financial impact to leadership, and partners with Legal, Compliance, Credit Underwriting, and Member Support on escalations and risk mitigation.

Own the paid performance marketing portfolio for Engine’s B2B Travel product, including strategy, execution, measurement, and channel expansion across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging platforms. Drive efficient customer acquisition, sign-ups, and first bookings while optimizing ROAS and LTV:CAC. Lead creative testing, attribution and measurement partnerships, performance reporting, lifecycle handoffs, and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead Engine’s accounting function across close, controls, consolidations, reconciliations, reporting, tax, payroll, AR, and multi-entity operations. Modernize the five-day close, expand AI and automation, improve talent density, strengthen technical accounting, and drive cross-functional resolution. Prepare accounting systems and processes for international expansion, increased transaction volume, card receivables, complex revenue streams, intercompany activity, and foreign exchange.

Own go-to-market strategy and execution for Engine’s API partnership division. The Director will identify and secure strategic partners, prospect and close complex deals, develop commercial agreements, build ROI-driven business cases, influence product roadmaps, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing. The role also represents Engine externally at conferences and executive partner meetings while building and scaling the partnership portfolio.

Own the lodging shopping experience roadmap, including search results, property details, maps, filters, and booking conversion. Lead experimentation to improve conversion and retention, deliver a consumer-grade B2B travel experience, and partner with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and ship high-impact improvements.

Manage weekly ARC settlement, reconciliation, cash remittance, and airline ticketing audits. Process sales, exchanges, refunds, voids, commissions, and debit memos across Amadeus, ARC, and financial systems. Resolve discrepancies, support audits, maintain compliant SOPs, train teams on ARC procedures, monitor regulatory updates, and assist with back-office system implementations. Requires deep expertise in ARC processes, fare rules, ticketing compliance, and reconciliation workflows.

Owns end-to-end acquisition of net-new lodging supply partners across aggregators, property management groups, hotel chains, and complex independent properties. Builds target pipelines, negotiates executive-level commercial agreements, structures rates and connectivity terms, drives signed partnerships through activation with cross-functional teams, and hands off activated accounts to Partner Success. Represents the company at industry events and maintains accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Engine’s payments platform, including payment acceptance, card issuing, and supporting financial infrastructure. Expand payment methods, card programs, and financial partnerships while balancing customer and revenue outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, CX, and business development from ideation through launch. Drive AI adoption across Payments, represent the function in executive and customer forums, and scale complex technical platform products.
