Own the vision, strategy, and execution for Karat’s technical assessment and interview-innovation platform. Define AI-driven assessment capabilities, analyze interview data, design experiments, prioritize product development, and collaborate with engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams. Engage technical enterprise leaders, build business cases, support expansion strategies, and communicate product strategy to executives.
