Build and lead Motive’s globally distributed SOC, owning detection engineering, 24/7 incident response, threat hunting, intelligence, security analytics, endpoint protection, cloud and workload monitoring, and AI-driven automation. Establish operating models, coverage strategies, runbooks, telemetry platforms, incident command processes, and measurable detection and response capabilities across corporate and production environments.

Leads Motive’s global security compliance, privacy, risk, audit, customer trust, and AI governance functions. Builds integrated controls across ISO, SOC, PCI DSS, FedRAMP, GDPR, and related frameworks; manages audits, privacy operations, international regulatory readiness, customer security reviews, policies, training, and human risk. The role also establishes AI-first automation, AI governance, and a path to FedRAMP while leading a distributed team and partnering across Legal, Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Develop and close enterprise business across Texas and surrounding states by prospecting Fortune 1000 companies, building executive relationships, winning RFPs, expanding accounts, exceeding revenue quotas, and delivering consultative value around Motive’s fleet technology platform. The role partners with account teams and technical resources, demonstrates integrations, analyzes customer needs, resolves problems, and provides market feedback.

Manage cross-functional event projects from planning through execution, including timelines, budgets, dependencies, vendors, venues, promotional materials, and on-site logistics. Identify risks, resolve blockers, communicate status and run-of-shows, and improve event workflows. The role supports field marketing events, trade shows, sponsorships, virtual experiences, and multiple simultaneous initiatives while coordinating Marketing, Sales, and external partners.

Partners with SMB sales and account management leadership to improve sales performance and operational effectiveness. Owns reporting cadences, forecasting, pipeline analysis, capacity planning, and business reviews. Partner with sales leadership on forecasting, pipeline management, QBRs, territory design, reporting, analytics, and business cadences. Build tools using Salesforce, Snowflake, Hex, spreadsheets, AI agents, and workflow automation. Lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales productivity, support distributed analytical teams, and advise leadership on performance, deal velocity, and account potential.

Leads a team of Strategic Account Executives selling SaaS solutions to large enterprise customers. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, enablement, account and territory planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, CRM adoption, revenue target achievement, and direct support on high-priority deals.
