Coordinate national conferences and events including registrations, logistics, booth execution, materials, shipping, staffing, and travel. Build and maintain playbooks, timelines, inventory tracking, and creative briefs. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to ensure scalable processes, post-event reporting, lead handoff, and accurate event data. Support webinars, incentive fulfillment, and onsite execution as needed.

Drive book fair bookings at elementary schools via outbound calling and inbound lead nurturing. Meet quarterly/annual quotas, develop territory plans, deliver school/district presentations, maintain CRM records, and represent Literati at events to expand market penetration.
