Lead the Pipeline team to own strategy and execution for MongoDB's end-to-end software delivery platform. Drive reliability, scalability, security, developer experience, CI/CD and release systems, telemetry, and organizational growth while partnering across engineering and product.

Lead teams focused on developer productivity and observability, build metrics and analytics infrastructure, and drive AI-enabled tooling to measurably improve the software development lifecycle. Partner with engineering and data stakeholders to define roadmaps, mentor engineers, and deliver measurable improvements in adoption, reliability, and developer experience.

Serve as a strategic liaison between AMP, enterprise customers, and delivery partners to orchestrate cross-functional execution, prepare meeting briefings, monitor account signals, define reporting, and drive account health and strategic engagement to accelerate outcomes without a sales quota.

Work on user-facing features built on the MongoDB query engine, implement and test C++ code, improve query performance and robustness, integrate query with other products, and participate in code reviews and design. Deliver new features, fix bugs, and mentor peers over time.
