The Senior AI Product Manager will research financial advisor workflows, prioritize AI use cases, lead experiments, and collaborate with teams to prototype solutions to enhance product implementation.

Lead end-to-end finance systems and process initiatives using Agile or hybrid approaches. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage timelines, risks, and communications, drive delivery predictability, and promote continuous improvement in finance delivery and reporting.

Drive asset growth across retirement solutions by building plan sponsor and intermediary relationships, delivering presentations, identifying expansion opportunities, partnering with internal teams, and monitoring market/competitive activity.

Lead and grow a book of Advisor and Asset Management clients, exceed revenue targets, uncover client needs, coordinate solutions and demos, forecast opportunities, build key relationships, and document activities in SFDC. Role requires cross-team collaboration and frequent travel.

Rapidly prototype and validate AI solutions for advisor workflows, integrating models, signals, and UX into experiments. Collaborate with PMs, designers, and researchers, capture technical learnings, and hand off prototypes for production.
