Lead roadmap and execution for document conversion and enrichment features. Drive transition from batch to streaming-first pipelines, influence executive product/platform decisions, mentor teams, and establish AI-assisted and agentic engineering best practices and guardrails while owning systems end-to-end.

Lead complex employee relations investigations and high-risk performance cases end-to-end; advise managers and Sr. HRBPs on disciplinary and performance processes; ensure legal compliance, rigorous documentation, and consistent global policy application; analyze ER trends and build enablement tools and playbooks.

Design, build, and operate distributed, cloud-native full‑stack services and data pipelines at petabyte scale. Troubleshoot production issues, lead incident response and root cause analysis, mentor engineers, influence reliability/security/performance practices, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure highly available, scalable AI-powered legal data solutions.
