Own the consumer-facing product driving engagement, retention, and frequency across a 25M+ member base. Define roadmap and loyalty mechanics, translate behavioral data into prioritized backlogs, partner with engineering/design/marketing to ship features, run experimentation and metrics (activation, retention, LTV, NPS), and align cross-functional stakeholders and loyalty partners to optimize member journeys.

Lead and scale the modern data engineering foundation: set architecture standards, assess and refactor data infrastructure, build ELT/streaming pipelines, enforce data modeling and RFC processes, own observability and CI/CD, and manage/prioritize the data science team while communicating progress and risks to leadership.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts to maximize retention and revenue. Onboard and support clients, resolve issues, monitor account health, improve NPS, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with sales and leadership.
