Lead execution of ServiceTitan's State of the Trades and Titan Tailgate programs: produce thought-leadership content, coordinate data and distribution, plan regional field activations, manage vendors and logistics, align with Sales/Brand, and report on pipeline and program impact.

Design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations and automation using Workato (primary) and middleware. Architect REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, batch and event-driven workflows, and integrate ServiceTitan, Workday, Salesforce, and ERP systems. Monitor and support integration operations, lead vendor projects, implement AI/ML API-driven processes, produce documentation, and contribute to integration platform architecture and governance.

Provide first-line technical support for ServiceTitan via phone, chat, email and screen-sharing. Troubleshoot product, billing, and payroll/ERP-related issues, prevent escalations, use support tools, and create customer-focused solutions while leveraging data and reporting tools.

Lead the long-term technical vision and architecture for ServiceTitan's iOS platform. Design scalable mobile frameworks, define data access patterns via GraphQL, champion TCA, adopt Apple platform capabilities, integrate AI-assisted developer tools, drive cross-org alignment, mentor senior engineers, and set engineering standards for code quality, performance, testing, and extensibility.
