Serve as a strategic HR partner to executives and managers, lead organizational design and workforce planning, manage complex employee relations, execute core People programs (merit cycles, performance reviews, engagement surveys), maintain Workday data and reporting, drive change initiatives, and champion inclusive culture and employee engagement.

The Account Executive will drive growth for Showpad by prospecting, crafting strategies for sales, and selling software solutions to various business levels, focusing on C-level executives. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, aligning solutions, and leveraging team support.

Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. Build and maintain financial models (revenue, headcount, Opex), produce management reporting, identify insights and recommendations, and partner across the business to streamline processes and ensure data accuracy.
