Drive new client acquisition and existing account growth for a video game development services portfolio across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship management, cross-selling, consultative discovery, proposal and pricing development, pipeline forecasting, CRM maintenance, and closing complex deals. The role requires understanding game development workflows across codevelopment, art, audio, QA, localization, LQA, and player support, while collaborating with internal delivery and service-line teams.

Design gameplay, systems, interactions, and player experiences for a first-person VR flight simulation in Unreal Engine 5. Own features from concept through release, create prototypes, balance scalable gameplay, document design vision, and collaborate with engineering, art, production, and external stakeholders. Mentor designers and help maintain design quality throughout development.
