Lead and grow a team of designers to develop brand and campaign concepts across channels. Provide creative direction, approve work, partner cross-functionally, refine processes, and elevate visual identity to meet business goals.

Manage day-to-day on-site operations of the Chicago office, maintain supplies and vendor relationships, prepare meeting spaces, support employee and visitor experience, coordinate catering and events, and assist onboarding in partnership with the global Workplace Experience team.

Manage planning and execution of integrated marketing projects (campaigns, launches, website, events). Build project plans, run sprint and capacity planning, optimize workflows and Monday.com automations, track milestones, report performance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and operational improvements.
