Partners with internal teams and external vendors, supports events and departmental projects, and provides guidance to interns and junior marketing staff.

Supports and drives IT, security, and enterprise regulatory compliance programs in a highly regulated financial environment. Advises business units on regulatory obligations, risk and control frameworks, remediation plans, audits, examinations, policies, procedures, and controls. Translates business needs into technical requirements, evaluates AI vendors and feasibility, supports governed citizen-led development, and partners with CTO engineering teams. The role also drives AI adoption, monitors outcomes and risks, supports portfolio reporting, and advises stakeholders on AI architecture, governance, and operating-model transformation in regulated capital-markets environments.

Design and implement quality metrics and ETL pipelines for reporting. Collaborate in Agile teams to analyze requirements, create test scenarios, validate data, monitor KPIs, optimize SQL performance, develop reusable ETL frameworks, integrate Tableau dashboards, recommend automation tools, and lead QA governance and team workload management.

Supports and oversees enterprise network infrastructure across on-premise and cloud environments. Responsibilities include routing and switching, Cisco firewall and ACI administration, AWS and Azure connectivity, troubleshooting, lifecycle management, network architecture, business continuity planning, documentation, vendor coordination, and on-call support.
