Provides operational support to Udemy Business customers by managing licenses, configurations, learning paths, catalog recommendations, reporting, support requests, and platform adoption activities. The role serves as a knowledgeable partner to customer administrators, facilitates training and webinars, coordinates requests across accounts, identifies improvement opportunities, and escalates issues to appropriate internal teams.

Own the strategic vision and roadmap for Coursera’s AI-driven search experience. Lead conversational search, personalization, semantic and multilingual search, ranking, and discovery improvements. Lead consumer strategy and business development for Coursera-Udemy’s global direct-to-consumer ecosystem. Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic partnerships that expand distribution, increase revenue, and improve engagement and retention. Manage the full partnership lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and outreach through negotiations, onboarding, integration, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Data teams while analyzing market opportunities and tracking acquisition and growth metrics.

Leads the global Deal Desk function and a team of 5–10 employees supporting enterprise sales. Oversees pricing governance, quote approvals, complex deal structuring, commercial policies, reporting, and operational KPIs. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue Operations, Product, and systems teams to improve Salesforce CPQ workflows, commercial processes, and seller productivity. Advises executives on pricing strategy, commercial governance, and integration initiatives across Coursera and Udemy.

Lead FP&A systems transformation across a complex technology organization. Own the roadmap, evaluate and consolidate Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics, oversee migration consultants and vendors, automate reporting and close workflows, establish governance and access controls, and partner with decentralized FP&A teams on tailored financial models. Manage and develop two technical team members while driving adoption, improving forecasting efficiency, and delivering strategic insights on investments, capital allocation, and technology business performance.
