Advises executives on workforce strategy, organizational design, talent planning, succession, performance, and change. Oversees complex employee relations matters, investigations, and conduct issues while partnering with Legal on employment risk. Builds high-performing teams and uses workforce and ER insights to improve organizational health and business performance.

Own end-to-end go-to-market motions for a product line or segment, including rollout design, enablement, field playbooks, adoption tracking, and performance analysis. Translate product and pricing inputs into actionable commercial strategies, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Pricing, identify launch risks, and recommend improvements based on customer and field feedback.

Own and optimize top-of-funnel revenue processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, workflow automation, attribution tracking, and funnel analysis. Partner with Platform, SRE, Infrastructure, and Product teams to define reliability standards, prioritize investments, and deliver scalable reliability and automation solutions.
