Own revenue operations for the global renewals organization by managing sales cadences, forecasting, business planning, KPI reporting, dashboards, process workflows, resource allocation, budgets, and executive presentations. The role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, Enablement, and Operations teams to improve sales effectiveness, optimize processes, support onboarding, and identify growth opportunities.

Designs and leads revenue enablement programs for Solution Engineers and technical pre-sales teams. Responsibilities include needs analysis, role-based learning journeys, workshops, technical labs, coaching, readiness certification, technical storytelling, content development, stakeholder management, program measurement, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Solution Engineering, Sales, Product Marketing, Product, and other go-to-market teams to improve discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, value articulation, and customer-facing effectiveness.
